Technical customer will provide on behalf and to the benefit of the Customer a full range of engineering services from project development to project commissioning. The technical customer plays a key role in managing the process of technology implementation, packaged supplies of equipment, construction of production facilities and laboratories, as well as in efficient interactions with all parties of the project. Technical customer is a coordinator, who provides technical supervision at all stages, controls the project quality and deadlines.

The scope of works is subject to detailed discussion and will be set out in a relevant contract.

The stage enables to reveal the bottlenecks of technological and business processes, to determine the potential benefits of the implementation of new technological solutions, the reduction of labor intensity at different technological conversions, the enhancement of product quality and production flexibility of the enterprise.

Furthermore, the implementation of advanced technologies in combination with quality enhancement and minimization of waste and defective products will lead to the reduction of costs for materials and, consequently, will facilitate additional positive dynamics.

This stage often is a constituent of the stage of analysis of the Customer’s task. However, it can be a completely standalone ultimate service in the event that the Customer organizes by his own efforts the whole cycle of the engineering project, engaging a specialized organization for the provision of consulting technological services related to the search for relevant engineering solutions in the world market.

All documentation will be prepared in strict compliance with the requirements of the Russian laws, and the engineering part shall establish, accurately as far as possible, the scope of the contractor's obligations and describe the engineering solution.
